Contract Law Flow Chart

Contract Law Flow ChartThis ridiculous flow chart is a study tool I made for a business law class I took a while back. It covers the basics of contract law in the United States, including common law contracts, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) contracts, and the basic requirements and terminology associated with contracts. My main sources were Clarkson’s Business Law: Text and Cases and the U.C.C.

I second all those wonderful comments on the grace and diligence you exhibited in sharing this fine work. I am using this to aid me in passing the Substantive Law portion of my Certified Paralegal exam.

Don’t worry, I am surrounded by authoritative works. Yours is unique in that it is “laser focused” to achieve it intended goal; and I can easily check with my authoritative works.

    Thanks again, Jeremy.
